Insurance email

My problem with this memo is ALL of it. The beginning has no hook to bring the readers in and the overabundance of technical terms is likely to confuse a lot of readers. Because this memo is not straight-forward I believe it is a complete unmitigated disaster. The employee’s themselves I feel will be confused with all of the different directions presented within the memo. In short a memo should be just that… A memo NICE, SWEET, SHORT, and TO THE POINT. If a few changes were made to this memo to create a precise plan of the new system it would be a much more understandable memo which I’m sure all employee’s and readers would greatly appreciate.
